Hosting and delivery
Cloudflare is the provider selected for hosting and delivery of the independent website. When its services deliver or secure a request, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration and other technical information. Hosting and security processing is not the same as SiftMint collecting no data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. The separate WordPress.com draft workspace is not the host for this independent site.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any name you provide and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, assess corrections, keep relevant editorial records and address legal or security needs. The public inbox uses Gmail, a Google service. See Google's Privacy Policy. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Identifiable correspondence is not published without permission unless required by law.
Search, calculators and site features
The current version has no SiftMint account signup, contact form, newsletter signup, advertising script or custom analytics integration. Search queries and calculator inputs are processed in your browser, not sent to SiftMint. Budget downloads are generated on your device. The site's own front-end does not save these inputs in cookies or local storage.
Security cookies and technical records
Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies depending on the configuration and whether a security challenge occurs. We do not claim that hosting services never set cookies or keep technical records. Product-specific descriptions are available in Cloudflare's cookie documentation. No SiftMint advertising or analytics cookies are configured in this version.
Retention, providers and international processing
Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including relevant correction records or applicable legal obligations. Deletion requests are assessed under applicable law. Cloudflare and Google may process information outside your country, and their own security records, backups, safeguards and retention practices are governed by their services and policies. We do not promise that all provider records are deleted on a single timetable.
Your requests and external links
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information or raise concerns about its use. Contact earthfigtree@gmail.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed. External websites have their own practices. This version has no activated affiliate tracking links. Material changes to data collection or tracking should be reflected in this notice before those features are introduced.
